Mission Houses Museum Keiki Talk Story Days by clo

Beginning in January, Keiki Talk Story at the Mission Houses Museum moves to a new day – 2nd Saturdays from 10 to 11 am. Children are treated to a themed story before participating in a fun activity in the historic Frame House cellar. For children 3 years and older. Free.

January 9  Getting Dressed: Then and Now

Learn about how Hawaiian and missionary children dressed in the past before comparing it to how we dress today. Dress a paper doll to take home!

February 13  Aloha to You 

Valentine’s Day is a perfect time to explore the meaning of this special Hawaiian word. Look at objects from the Mission Houses Museum collection and hear stories to better understand Hawai‘i’s Aloha.
